Launch pricing for local businesses in South Florida

Your business on Google, with a page that actually represents it.

Yours would look like this: fast on a phone, in Spanish and English, with your menu, your hours, and your address where people look for them. $150 once. Then $10 a month, which covers hosting and the changes you ask me for.

// why it matters

What happens today, with no page of your own

  • People search before they drive. If you don't come up, they go to the place that does.
  • Your hours and prices live on a paper taped to the door, not where people look for them.
  • Competitors with worse food rank above you because they have a page and you don't.
  • Someone who does find you on Google can't see the menu, so they call, or they just don't come.

It's fixed with a page Google can read: your menu, your hours, and your address, where people are already looking.

// the industry numbers

Why this moves the needle

These aren't my figures. They're published research on how people look for local businesses, with the source next to each number so you can check them.

76%

of “near me” searches made on a phone lead to a visit to the business within 24 hours.

Google / Think with Google

97%

of consumers read reviews before choosing a local business, and 85% say a positive review makes them more likely to go.

BrightLocal, Local Consumer Review Survey 2026 (1,002 US adults)

2.7×

more likely to be seen as reputable when your Google listing is complete. Also 70% more likely to be visited.

Google / Ipsos Connect

53%

of people leave a page on their phone if it takes more than 3 seconds to load. That's why the site is built light.

Google, “The Need for Mobile Speed”

These are industry figures on local search, not a promise of results for your business. Nobody can guarantee you a percentage, and anyone who does is lying to you.

// what's included

The page, and someone who keeps it current

Not a template filled in, and not something handed over that goes stale. The site is built with your menu and your photos, and then I keep it up to date.

02

I keep it current

You message me the change and it's usually done the same day. You don't have to learn anything or log into any system.

// how we work

What working with me is like

Four things I tell you before charging you anything, not after.

You own everything
The domain and the Google listing stay in your name. If you ever leave, you take your site with you.
No lock-in contract
Nothing to sign for a year. If it isn't working for you, you stop.
The price is said up front
Ask me for something that isn't included and you get the price before I start. Nothing appears on a bill unannounced.
You get me
No call centre and no ticket system. You message me and I answer.
// how we start

From today to live

01 · today

You say yes

Give me the name, address, hours, and a photo of the menu. That's enough to start.

02 · this week

I show you the site

You see it before it's published. We change whatever you want changed.

03 · launch

It goes live

I connect the domain, link it to your Google profile, and check that hours and menu match.

04 · after

I keep it current

A price changed, you have new photos, you're closed for a holiday: message me and it's done.

// next step

Shall we start?

Leave me the business name and a phone number. I answer the same day and tell you exactly what I need from you to begin.

No lock-in contract. Cancel any time.
