Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.

Eligible Returns

Curated Collection Items

Items from our curated collection of emerging brands and designers may be returned within 30 days if they meet the following conditions:

Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

Item is in its original packaging

Item shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our craftsmanship, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

All laser-engraved products (glass, leather, wood, slate, denim)

Custom-designed items created from customer-submitted artwork

Personalized or made-to-order pieces

Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase

Defective or Damaged Items

We inspect every item before it ships, but if you receive a defective or damaged product, we'll make it right:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

Provide photos of the defect or damage

We'll offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at our discretion

This policy applies to both curated collection items and laser-engraved products.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at returns@craftureco.com with your order number and reason for return

Include photos of the item if applicable

Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions

Pack the item securely in its original packaging

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Important: Do not ship items back without receiving return authorization first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Standard Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Defective/Damaged Items: CRAFTURE will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label

Wrong Item Sent: CRAFTURE will cover return shipping costs

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was defective or we made an error)

You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Please note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or item:

Return your original item following our return process

Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance.
